He is the leader of the worshiping sect, Sèvitè yo, and referred to by its members and followers as Papa Konnen. His name has recently been linked to property within the town of Emory Haven, though whether this is for his sister's benefit or his own is yet unknown. He has not actually been spotted within the city limits.
